We are providers for Premera, Regence and WDS PPO and WDS Premier but do accept all dental insurance companies.
We are happy to file the forms necessary to see that you receive the full benefits of your coverage, however we can make no guarantee of any estimated coverage. We ask you to pay your portion when treatment is completed. In the event your insurance does not pay as estimated, you are responsible for the balance due. In the case of an overpayment, a refund will be sent to you.
For those patients without dental insurance, our policy is that the full amount is due at the time of treatment.
Please bring your insurance information with you to the initial consultation so that we can expedite reimbursement.
